What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Generally, the MOQ is 1,000 sets for cookware sets and 2,000 pieces for individual items.
Can you produce according to a customer's design?
Yes, we provide professional OEM and ODM services, including assistance with package design.
How long is the delivery time?
The general delivery time is approximately 35 days after receipt of the deposit, depending on the order quantity.
Do you provide samples for quality testing?
Samples can be provided within 7-15 days. While sample fees are negotiable, customers are responsible for the express shipping costs.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit via T/T, with the balance against the BL copy or LC.
