A1: All our products come with a standard one-year warranty on vulnerable parts. Additionally, we provide 1% quantity of vulnerable parts along with the container.
Q2: What is your payment method?
A2: We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), Western Union, Money Gram, DP, and LC.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3: We accept sample orders or test orders. General orders typically consist of 1*20GP or 40GP, 40HQ mixed containers.
Q4: How long is your lead time?
A4: For full containers, the lead time is approximately 30 days after receiving the deposit. For LFC containers, it ranges from 7 to 25 days depending on the quantity.
Q5: Do you offer samples?
A5: Yes, we can provide samples. The cost is paid by the customer, which can be deducted from the subsequent mass production order if you are satisfied.
