The Group was established at the end of 2003. Today, it has grown into a conglomerate comprising over seventy business divisions and subsidiaries engaged in export trade and cross-border e-commerce. With multiple operational centres and domestic branches, the Group operates factories across several regions. Internally, we refer to this as the 'buy-sell dual-track' business model.

Operational Scale: The Group has developed into one of the largest self-operated export groups in the region. By 2025, the Group expects to achieve significant growth in export volume and workforce, with total office and warehouse area exceeding 300,000 square metres.

Business Scope: The core business is to assist global clients in managing commodity procurement. Clients include leading global retail brands and Fortune 500 companies, as well as providing flexible procurement services to small and medium-sized retailers, importers, and e-commerce companies.
