Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk? What is the sample lead time?
Yes, we support sample orders. The sample charge will be deducted from the balance of your first order. If raw materials are not immediately available, it typically takes 15-20 working days.
What is your lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and season. For RTS (Ready to Ship) products, we usually ship within 7-15 days. For OEM orders, the first order typically takes 45-60 days.
What are your standard payment terms?
We prefer T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Our standard terms are a 30% deposit with the balance paid against the copy of the master BL. These terms are negotiable.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Products can be shipped by sea, air, or express courier (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.). Please confirm your preferred method with us before placing an order.
What trade terms do you accept?
We support various trade terms including DDP, DDU, EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF.
Do you accept LCL orders or shipment consolidation?
Yes, LCL orders are accepted (with an extra handling fee). We also accept shipment consolidation; no extra freight is charged if the distance is within 100km of our production facility.
